Founded in 2010 by owner and operator Eric Trevithick, Trevi Builders is an Anchorage, Alaska based custom home builder dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and homes that tell a story. Before founding the company, Eric gained years of experience in commercial project management and design, building the foundation for his approach to creating distinctive, well-crafted homes.
Since its founding, Trevi Builders has built quality homes throughout Anchorage and the surrounding areas, bringing together timeless craftsmanship and contemporary design to create spaces that feel both elevated and deeply personal. Eric leads the design and construction of each custom home.
His dedication to design and quality has earned Trevi Builders recognition in multiple issues of AK Home Magazine, the Alaska’s Best Kitchens showcase, and as a consistent favorite in the Parade of Homes.
At Trevi Builders, every home is an opportunity to create something exceptional. Through personalized service, meticulous craftsmanship, and a modern design perspective, the team works closely with each client to bring their vision to life—creating homes that reflect their individual style, needs, and way of living.
At the heart of everything they do are three guiding principles: Faith, Family, and Friendship. These values shape not only the Trevithick family’s life, but also the way they build relationships, approach their work, and serve their clients.
Your home should be a reflection of your story. Let Trevi Builders make your dream home a reality.
