Trevi Builders Bio

Trevi Builders is owned and operated by Eric Trevithick. Eric started his career in construction while working through college building brick patios, decks, and framing houses. After completing his degree in Architectural and Engineering Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, he decided to switch from residential to commericial construction, taking a job with McGee Industries. He started with McGee in the field learning all phases of construction as the assistant to the superintendent. Later he moved into the main office, taking a position as a project designer and then a project manager. This role afforded Eric the opportunity to produce drawings and manage the construction of large commercial buildings including design, permitting, subcontract and material procurement, scheduling, and budgeting.

In addition to working at McGee, Eric continued in residential construction by building homes in his spare time. This led to an opportunity of becoming an owner of McGee Homes. McGee Homes built award winning, custom homes in Anchorage prior to dissolving when Eric's partner moved out of state. After McGee Homes stopped operating, Eric launched Trevi Builders in 2010.

Eric is now full time building homes and growing Trevi Builders. Together with his wife, Bobbi, Trevi Builders has earned a reputation of building both quality and stylish homes. A recent appearance on the cover of Alaska Home Magazine and a feature in Alaska's Best Kitchens showcase Eric and Bobbi's ability to design and construct homes with an aesthetic appeal. Bobbi's attention to detail and natural ability to pick colors and materials combined with Eric's construction expertise, make an exceptional team.

On a personal level, Eric and Bobbi spend their time raising their three daughters; Kali, Olivia, and Ellie. Kali an avid soccer player and Olivia a volleyball player, keeps the family hopping from practices, games, tournaments, and meets. Ellie, just a baby, has yet to find her passion. Additionally they find time to travel, ski/snowboard, and spend time in the outdoors. All five were raised in Alaska and near lifetime members at Anchorage Grace Church where both girls attend Grace Christian School. Family, faith, friendship, and fun define the five Trevithicks.
